The District 3 Committee consists of General Service Representatives (GSRs) and interested A.A.’s from local AA groups. Each group may elect a GSR (and alternate GSR) to represent their group’s conscience at district meetings and Area 30 assemblies. As a trusted servant the GSR serves as the official link between an A.A. group and the general service structure outside the group.
